If you are under the age of 21 or unable to provide enough evidence that you can sustain a tenancy, you may be required to provide a Guarantor for your tenancy. The Lettings Negotiator will alert you of this requirement if necessary.

Credit Check

In the event that a Credit Reference check is required in order to assess your application, you will be responsible for paying a fee of £20.00 to progressing with this check. In the event that your application is refused due to a non-satisfactory credit check, the fee will not be refundable.

Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, information contained within this application and associated references will be held on file by Mid Ulster Letting & Sales confidentially and will not be kept for any longer than is deemed necessary by Mid Ulster Letting and Sales for its purposes. In relation to the Credit Check, Mid Ulster Letting and Sales are unable to divulge any information received; however, we will refer the applicant to an appropriate Credit Reference Agency.
