This is essentially a tenant-find service. MULS markets the property, finds a suitable tenant, conducts a background check, obtains guarantors and draws up a tenancy agreement. Once the tenancy has commenced, the landlord undertakes all management of the property. MULS charge the landlord a one-off fee for this service.
