Valuation / Appraisal
We will send out a member of our trained team to the property. We will take a few details, pictures and provide you with a up to date market appraisal. If you are happy to proceed we will then market the property for you.
Marketing
The right marketing is crucial for letting property. We will upload your property to PropertyPal, Property News, our own social platforms with a combined following of over 14,000 and we will also feature your property on our High Street window with busy footfall.
Choosing a Tenant
Once the property is marketed, we will book in viewings with potential tenants. Once the viewings have been completed we do a full background screening to get the right tenant, this includes affordability, background check and credit check.
Completion
Once we have selected the right tenant for your property we will then request the deposit and first months rent, schedule in a date to sign the legal contracts and hand over keys!
