Working as part of the team, this position allows for a diverse day to day working balance involving the following:

Reception·

  • Diary Management
  • Manage the main switchboard
  • Professionally answering and redirecting calls appropriately
  • Greeting visitors at reception and directing them appropriately
  • Dealing with confidential client information in line with GDPR regulations
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail

Property Portfolio Administration

  • Booking viewings and gathering feedback
  • Managing admin of prospective tenants from initial enquiry to handover
  • Collecting ID and Proof of Address in line with GDPR regulations
  • General admin associated with the sales and lettings divisions including electronic and manual filing systems
  • May require you to attend viewings therefore, diving licence and access to your own car is essential.

General Admin Duties

  • Social Media updates in correlation with the Property Manager
  • Process all outgoing correspondence and mail
  • Maintain client records – both utilising electronic and manual filing systems
  • Photocopying and updating office supplies as required
  • Any other duties required by the role

Essential Criteria

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Competent in ICT specifically Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability
  • High degree of professionalism and dedication to self, co-workers and clients
  • Candidate must be able to work independently
  • Driving Licence and access to your own car

Hours – 20-24hrs per week days/hours negotiable

Salary - Negotiable dependent on experience

Location – Magherafelt Town Centre with free staff parking available onsite
